Just a few things to keep in mind...
For those who might not get the MRR reference, "Pressed Between the Pages" is the name of my zine.
This will probably be my last vlog entry for a while. I have a few other projects I need to get to work on. =)

"Silly Alan. Punks don't have curtains."
It's funy because it's true.
Thanks KungFuFlipperBaby, that was actually the first line I wrote and it cracked me up so much I just phoned in the rest so I could make a video including that line.
Hey Alan, that's really good. But man, what do you do that allows you to make all these videos and stuff??
"Do" – as in, my day job? I’m a teacher for Trinity Services. I teach mentally and physically disabled adults. Mostly writing and reading skills. Some math and life skills. And eventually, employment skills.
As rewarding as it can be, it’s still just a job, and my passion is in writing and creating. I’m an extremely *extremely* shy person, and it was very difficult for me to get in front of my camera. But these last few vlogs just wouldn’t have worked as text entries.
So all of my free time is spent on projects like my zine distro and resource site Fall of Autumn. And occasionally on ZineWiki cleaning up new articles and handling the debates on the Talk pages there.
I also write (just had my first article published in Verbicide’s last issue, w00t!) and, over the last few months, have been making these videos.
I do occasional freelance graphic design work too, mostly for this audio software company out of Delaware. I design all of their major releases’ packaging and their print ads. I also designed the cover of the latest Zine World issue, and illustrated one of the news stories in there.
And where do I find the time? Hah. No girlfriend. No local shows. No children. There you go. =)
Awesome dude. Keep it up, for real. You're churning out really good stuff at an unbelievable clip.

out now
Very nice. I look forward to the next entry.
