Funny or fucked-up?: WKRP in Cincinnati is finally coming out on DVD, held up for years due to rights clearances, with Muzak dubbed in for the songs they couldn't acquire rights to.

The same thing happened to Freaks & Geeks, although someone finally had the good sense to pony up the dough for the music royalties...
I've found that the DVDs of any TV show over five years old usually don't live up to my idealized memories. That's like, why I haven't bought the Dungeons & Dragons saturday morning cartoons yet. Duhr.
