This past tuesday, my county was successful in passing a citizen initiative that would force police officers to make marijuana possession arrests their lowest priority. The passing of this initiative was surprising to me as I believed that the supporters of the initiative would be too high to vote on election day.
When it comes to the herb, I believe in utilising it for medical use. As for recreational use, I have no support. Tutoring stoners in your Algebra two class shapes your perspective on the issue.
