I first came across this term when reading something about anime. Don't hate. Since then I've noticed it occur a few times in my life. A few nights ago it struck again in its own way.

Two nights ago as I'm researching cybernetics in popular culture? "New Rose Hotel", a movie based on the short story by Gibson, is on TV.
I skipped around like a little schoolgirl for some reason as this all came together. Clearly the programmer for that TV channel and I were meant to be.
