I'm sick of it as well. I've been trying to put my finger on it for a while now, but this article sums it up better than I ever could.
I've felt dirty...
...for admitting I watched that show for the past two seasons. But now it's getting to the point that I feel embarrassed for myself for watching it, while I'm in the process of watching it.
I'm apparently in the minority about this but I was only watching it for the conspiracy elements and early '80s sci-fi shit and the button and the monster and apparently they're downplaying that stuff now. Over it, but still feel dirty, and not in a good way.

I got hooked watching it for the crazy mildew cocktail of other genre shows and the puzzle tripping up upon itself in the flashbacks. the clues intertwining the characters were smart and highly produced, at least as far as it goes, since those elements are hardly sustainable. Still, it had a fun first season.

I enjoyed it to begin with but as it has become more and more obvious that they are completely making it up as they go along I have become less and less interested in waiting for a pathetic denouement only cobbled together when enough viewers are haemorrhaged to make the production cost vs advertising income seesaw come crashing down.
