Also, it would seem that California and Oregon have struck down measures to require parental notification.

That's seriously the best news I've heard since "Santorum loses Pennsylvania." I'd forgotten almost all about that measure, having moved to the "we're the center of the Universe" east coast...thanks for breaking the news!
