I got my tooth like, capped. So I couldn't feel my face for half the day. But it was freee, which was, y'know, great.

So then I go and give this guy who works for me a pep talk, which is kinda more like an informal Grave Warning session.
Then I see my buddy and his kids at the crossing so I get in and he ropes me into helping him lay out a whole truckload of pebbles onto his garden. It was cool though cus we had a lot of beers and a joint and the weather was nice and sunny and stuff.

Oh and my boss called me today, said that it's gonna cost half what my other boss thought it would cost to buy me from the Agency and put me under private contract. Which is good news.

And my other pal rang and said we are recording an album next week.

I'm not saying life is good, neccesarily, but I keep waiting for something to go dreadfully wrong at any moment, you know?

Have you eaten Cannoli today?

Mmmm...Cannoli!

Johnny, I would like to tell you a story. It's a story about cannoli. About me and cannoli. Would that be OK, Johnny?

Once upon a time, I thought I didn't like cannoli simply because I had never had good cannoli. I had only ever had nasty cannoli from the store that had chewy crust and bland filling. And I remembered that and said to myself, "No sir, I do not like cannoli."

Well, one day I had very good cannoli. It had a tender, flaky crust and the filling was light and airy and had very small chocolate chips in it. I can't recall at the moment how it was that this cannoli came to me. But it did somehow, and it was delicious. And then I decided that I liked cannoli after all. I would like to say that's how the story ends, but it doesn't, because, you see, the story hasn't ended yet, and it continues even as you read this.

Life can be strange and wonderful sometimes.

canoli

I have had cannoli in my time. I've had good cannoli and bad cannoli. I've had an empty shell of a cannoli, and a whole carton of mini-cannoli from the store down the road. After all this cannoli, I have only this to say: if I had unlimited access to cannoli, I would be a fat slob and break floor boards.

Look at what a beautiful

Look at what a beautiful thing we have created, with our bare hands and some ricotta and the Tuscan sun.
