Favorite Bands: i'm a sucker for indie rock and pop bands from the 80's. i also like the punk rock music, italian-am. crooners, and some country.

i'm very into teaching (particularly anti-racist education, decreasing the latino race based achievement gap specifically). i eventually plan on starting my own small school, becoming involved in politics as an advisor on education policy--where i will advise to close down all public schools and start from scratch. i also like playing drums, vespas, british motorcycles, 3-speed bicycles, house cleaning, yard work, the flea market, going to the dumps, and being productive.
