I think this is a fantastic idea. (Although a little pricey at the moment.) I first noticed it on Bad Signal, Warren Ellis's email list. Luckily the editor of the magazine I work for thought so too. So we're going from web to paper, which is funny since so much is web only these days. Even Playgirl is closing its printing doors and going strictly web.
So, next Wednesday we settle in for a late night meeting on the reconstruction of the magazine. We've been juggling ideas and reformatting but the latest version has the type completely different from my layouts. It may be different versions of flash or different browsers but either way I'll be much happier sending in pdfs and having issues made months in advance. I think we'll all be a little happier. For now we're closed down for construction.
Currently I'm debating between web publishing and publishing house for my adult content children's book. It's a magical tale of dismemberment and divination. My original idea was to publish it online and use it as a promotional tool but I have since been talked into making hard copies. Needless to say, it's still in progress but coming along well.
Those are my thoughts for tonight, now back to painting bloody bones.

at least you have finished your book.
