stupid summer camp!

by melinda | 04/21/2008 | in america | camp | patience | piece of crap

right, so this camp america bollocks is seriously starting to piss me off! ive been waiting for nearly 2 months and cause im only 18 and turn 19 a month after june, i may not even get to go! which is a serious pain in the arse as i want to get off this south pacific island and travel! not to mention it would be good on my CV and i get paid to do it!

what i would like to do is somehow use violence and threats to get some goddamn camp directors to accept me so i leave this shithole!

any thoughts on how i can do that with minimal effort?

another youth victim to death

by melinda | 09/04/2007 | in death | mourning | youth

right, so today i went to school like any other day. everyone laughing and having a good time. but as i walked into form class the teacher had tears in his eyes and told us all that there has been a death. a student was killed in a car crash on her way to school. that student was Sarah Thomas, shes in the year below me and has been my friend for the past 5 years. the class fell silent and as the bell went to leave, not a word was said in the school. students were silent, not a giggle or smile could be seen on anyone. i ended up walking out of english a few minutes later only to meet up with her mates that were a bigger mess than me.

Truth???

by melinda | 11/26/2006 | in war

Everyone is always going on about peace and freedom. That the reason we live so freely is because of those men who fought their today for our tomorrow. But how is it that war brought us peace and freedom? We have been told since we were born that violence solves nothing and that murder is forever. Yet we so willingly go into war. What does that solve? Is that not murder? Will that not last forever? It is seen as an honour to serve your country in the war or militery but should it not be shame?! They lead us to believe that it is good but never admitting it nor denying it either. Instead they shake their heads in disgrace when a student goes on a rampage in their school.
