scene kids and emo kids are wayyy different. i'd know, i am a scene kid, and i am awesome. lawlz
anywayz, emo kids are depressed and sad all the time. scene kids are always happy and hyper=]
we don't cut our wrists, either.
and we tend to dislike EMOtionally unhappy people.
most of us are very confident in ourselves and aware of how haute we are. emos have pretty low self-confidence.
emos don't usually believe in god but scene kids are straight edge christians, generally.
but the people you described don't really sound like scene kids, because we scenesters are usually extremely nice and fun to be around.

I'm scene AND Emo And Punk. I can walk and chew gum at the same time. I trump all of you and I rule.

I say Scene/Emo because the 'scene' kids are just a bunch of posers, and the 'in' thing right now is to be Emo.

i do it all for the SCENE and most of the stuff I do is very hurtful to other people's emotions.

But I thought Emo and Scene were the same thing.
Shit, why didn't I get that memo?

If I see the word emo again I might just kill something.
