annoying, but...

... what we're seeing is an error telling us that something got corrupted in the "watchdog" module of the site, which is a log that, ironically, notes actions so that you can find out what caused an error. Of course, if something's corrupted in it, then that won't work. Ha ha. I've got some feelers out on how to correct this. In the meantime, it doesn't seem to be stopping actual actions on the site, just the logging of them. It might take a little bit though, sorry to say.
