My granddad does the "youse" thing all the time. He grew up in Czechoslovakia and then moved to Cleveland. Never did figure out which one the "youse" came from...

Its OK, Dan. No need to worry unduly. The word I learned was 'biotches'. I have always heard it in my mind as "Bye-otch" but apparently it is "Bee-otch", at least according to Mean Girls, and an episode of Scrubs.

'Youse' is a classic piece of Australian slang / misuse.
