At first I thought the evil looking priest had the kid's hands bound with a garbage bag or something, but I think he's putting on some kind of alter boy get up, while Father Bad-Touch discreetly waits with his back turned, just occasionally peeking over his shoulder making flirtatious finger waggling waves.

I believe he is putting on an altar boy smok or robe whatever it is called.
