i don't know that they ever were 'good'

just more active. I don't know that the quality-per-post ratio was any better, say, back in '01; there were just a lot more posts. If it is speed and excitement you crave there's always BCO.

I smell opportunity...

If everyone can stick it out with cold showers and the fumes from the diesel heaters for a while, maybe we can take possession, get some pro-boner legal help, buy the place from the government for $1, rest on our laurels for a few years; then fix up the place with some new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, do a condo conversion and make a killing on the flip. Punk Rock!

this is because the majority of us are in our thirties, and all marriaged / babied up and our entertainment these days is talking about all the good things we did online instead of the good things we did in real life.

Arizona and Texas gave the boards some zing. Other than that, they have always been boring. You date these boards by my presence. BSJ and ASJ. This is like the second coming. You can bet that Sinker shuts down this whole web site in the next week.
