Old Interview with Timothy Carey

Seen it, hoss -- Detroit Institute of the Arts. They also screened his "Tweet's Ladies of Pasadena" but I walked out after ten minutes or so because it was unwatchable. And I can watch damn near anything.

I was inspired to make this thread by watching the commentary track for Crime Wave in which Ellroy and the other guy go all goo-goo over Carey. It's funny, or maybe not, how the weirdest guys claim to have no need for drugs. Bruce Dern is the same way.
