Thank you : )

Yeah, Im a fan of the Damned and the Cramps, but I usually don't list them as horror. I've never heard of Mighty Sphincter, sounds funny, I'll check it out, thanks!

Undead, TSOL, 45 Grave, Michael Graves.

Now, if you are into 'Horrible Punk' I've got a good list for you.
It begins and ends with The Fall.
Oh shit!

should people be talking to this guy?

he is only 19, and moreover, looks to be wearing punk-type apparrel, and for all we know may actually be a punk.

that could cause problems.

ps: horror pops.

Haha, well thank you, but

Haha, well thank you, but should we be talking to you when you list of the horror pops as a horror punk band? Only kiddin, I just don't like them much, they are pop punk with a stand-up in my opinion, no real horror influence or much rockabilly influence. Kim Nekroman is in it though!

well I suppose that is an acceptable answer. i'll allow it.

although you do seem a little bit genre-obsessed.

god, i remember hearing and even attempting to participate in some gruesome 'genre-differentiation' conversations when i was nineteen. and there are so many more genre sub-classes these days. it must be fucking interminable.

still. cramps = good. do you like the scientists? the oblivians?

I like the Scientists, a bit

I like the Scientists, a bit like the Cramps really, however, I've never heard of the Oblivians. Genre obsessed eh? Well yeah, right now Horror Punk is a bit of a favorite of mine, however I like Psychobilly and Rockabilly, and just general punk. If someone suggests it, I will give it a try. And you are right, I am a little bit fixated on Horror punk right now, I will sheepishly admit that.

To the Independents man

I just checked them out, I really like the sound, good old classic horror punk sound without too much of a Danzig voice. In fact, I might order one of their cds if I cant find it around somewhere. Thanks!

You would probably like this GR band called the Dead Alives. They mostly shoot up and sometimes play shows where they sing songs about whiskey and corpses. Once in a while they start playing a Johnny Cash cover, but their fans don't like this, so they stop mid-song.

I can't see why people wouldn't like a Johnny Cash cover every once in a while. Whiskey and corpses eh? Could be interesting, I'll check it out, thanks!

I do I do I do!

I still listen to some Christian Death. Perhaps I should have mentioned that in my horror punk bands though? I've always put them in a bit of a goth category, but many people put horror punk in the goth category anyways.
