I'm in a weird mood where I only want to listen to the Wipers. This is all well and good, but I'm sick of hearing the same songs over and over again. What are some other bands that are/sound like The Wipers and therefore may fit into this mood?

I always associated the Wipers with some of the early 80's Boston bands like The Moving Targets, Mission of Burma and the first Dinosaur album... I guess Husker Du? The Wipers were a really unique band though, definitely had their own sound. I'm gonna pull out my Wipers records and have a listen. Thanks for the reminder!
