This is why I used the word "generally," but I still fucked up my wording and hardly made a fucks bit of sense.

I blame it on being one week and two days coffee- and cigarette-free.

I'll go back to coffee, though. And sweet Jesus I need to! That is whenever I can drink it and not have an anxiety attack. I'm just assuming coffee will give me one as I drank 20oz of tea the other day and had to pop a Klonopin 30 minutes later. This is odd because all I did was drink shit loads of coffee and smoke for the past lots of years. Of course, it's probably not the stimulants that are leading to the palpitations/attacks as much as the fact that my mind is imploding.
