Just out of pure curiosity here:

You've logged onto a site that's clearly alive. The hundreds of bands documented in our reviews section are releasing NEW material. The interview excerpted on this site (and the many more within the pages of our magazine) are there as a testament to the fact that this is a living, breath community. Punk isn't what it was 30 years ago, definitely, and thank god for that! Who would want something that never changes, never transforms, never reinvents itself. Punk is entirely about change, entirely about creating anew, not rehashing the old.

I just wish that there were a new Rancid cd coming out or maybe Insane Clown Posse.

You should cover them in your magazine instead of the Pekars.

I heard something about rancid releasing a brand new CD in 2007. Buts thats just what I heard from my fellow punkers in the smoking section at school. Just thought you'd like to know.

I understand your point, it makes sense but....Punk today isn't the same as it was 30 years ago and thats NOT a good thing. The attitude has changed ALOT and isn't that what punks about? It use to be the "i don't give a fuck" and now it's just kids whining about how bad their lives are and they wanna cut their wrists....I'd rather have every punk band the same like it was 30 years ago than this new crap thats put out today.
