Dear National Product Street-Teamers

yeah, you know what? you do that. right now, the only 2 registered users on this site are me and you, sinker. and there are only like 17 people total. but that's cool; national product fans have no desire to bring traffic to your snobby little site. you music snobs can keep your site all to yourselves.

national product fans roll deep...and the site traffic to that one post was probably the most traffic you've had all month.

good job making people dislike you...because last i checked, that's not how you get ahead in life. sure as hell isn't how you keep up the number of active members to anything..except the KKK and hitler's regime. that's probably why only 2 registered members are on. and you will only have 1 once i cancel my account...not like i'll be missed anyway.

but what do i know about anything? i'm just a little black girl with friends who doesn't take life so seriously that you have to be negative towards a bunch of kids trying to support a band..y'know, what REAL fans do.

This has to be one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read on here. C'mon, you guys arrived en masse and stared up a promo thread as a way to plug your product, instead of actually buying some advertising. You can't turn around now and act all righteous because you got called out by the moderator. and FUCK, I'm sick of people spouting out 'freedom of speech' rhetoric or claiming to be victims of elitism as soon as anyone dsagrees with either their ideas or their ways of promoting them. Do you want the 'National Product' fan page (I'm assuming there is one) covered in unpaid advertisements for Britney Spears? Because, y'know those Spears fans really love their music and have every right to promote it wherever they see fit, including all over your site. Does that sound like a good argument now? Or does it sound like self-righteous bullshit?

National Product are buddies with some guy from N'Sync, so my guess is this wouldn't bother them too much.

But, you know, that's just my racist opinion.

Hey everyone that posting I put up I guess did'nt go through yet up on punknews.org don't know if it will. Anyhow I talked to Nat last night about all of us teaming up on the same bloging/posting sites. Nat has a whole stack of really cool ones that we can start hitting up. In the next few days were gonna figure out which ones are worth it and let you all know when we should go there and post and comment on it like crazy!!! We should hit them all up constantly. Maybe have a kind of schdeule to it. whatcha all think? Were also putting a package together for all of you in the next few days with flyers and stuff So look forward to that soon. talk to you soon guys.

that is probably the worst website I have EVER been to. Those kind of people think any music they don't like is Corporate and Dumb. Oh, those uneducated kids make me laugh. They should seriously re-name that website to idiotplanet. com. It's more fitting.Plus, really, come on now, "PunkPlanet". The only truth about that name is that Punk is more on the lines of the Jerk Category, rather then the actual music.

I'm not saying posers don't exist, idk anythings possible. But ppl that call ppl posers that they don't know at all are extreme .. Assholes.. That's the word that comes to mind. Who's to judge whether a person is who they seem. If someone changes thereself to blend in or fit in that's just, sad. But no one knows what's in other ppls heads.

it pisses me off. I get called a poser, not a lot.. But I do. It doesn't affect me but it sux that ppl can b like that, it just sucks.

The other day I was wearing a rancid shirt, then some random guy says "cool shirt, name 1 rancid song" like demanding it. And I'm not gunna cooperate w/ ppl like that. I don't have to prove myself to anyone esspesially ppl I don't know. So I said no and he called me a poser. I thought it was kinda funny cause my shirt read rancid, .... and out come the wolves.. Which is a rancid song.

I don't wear what I wear cause its cool, or punk, or "in". Or whatever... I don't care about that. I wear my band tees cause I like the band I know every single one of those bands music and listen to all of them. I wear my rancid, national product, matches, the used, sum 41, hot hot heat, audioslave, nirvana, green day, brand new, so on, so on, so on... cause I love they're music.

I have my opinions but so does everyone else... so don't judge, its just not good.

And you shouldn't live ur life trying to bring other ppl down.

In Jersey, the phrase "I don't take shit, I'm from Jersey" seems to mean "I back down when challenged and sulk, then talk tough afterwards."

everything else is too damn funny to actually address. especially the part about dan being like hitler. i mean, dan doesn't eat practically any chocolate, ever!

It kind of made me giggle but its still basically fucking irritating. The self-congratulatory, pass-ag talk of repeatedly 'hitting up' sites to form an 'invasion' and of 'forcing NP down people's throats' gives way so quickly to blinkered indigation that anyone might challenge them for this exact behaviour. Any challenge will just be met with more unfounded assertions that their freedom of expression is inviolable and that any criticism of their behaviour must stem from snobbery or ignorance. How many ways do people need to have it, before they feel like they are finally beyond reproach? Gah.

Don't forget "and then when given the chance will jump my opponent with three other dudes once they turn their backs, hella hardcore stylings".

I saw this blog post before it had any responses, and before I saw any National Product threads, so I was unware that this National Product was, like, a band. Or something. And I was, like, "Huh. National Product. That's a funny way to refer to mallpunk bands with street teams."

But now that I think about it, it's very apropos.

Hey everyone here is a list of sites that I found today. Really cool ones to. You will need to make an account for all of these sites to post. I'm thinking from now on when you do sign up for a board don't put a NP or national product in your sign in name if you have in the past. This may be a red flag to the admit of the sites. Some of the boards actually alot Ive notice dont dig when bands street teamers team up on post, comments, etc. LAMO I know. Maybe post comments like Ive heard of that band, been to their shows, stuff like that :) Anyhow heres the ones I found today and may have posted on.
