Here are ten words to make it stop being annoying
Some Photos of My New Home City: Honiara, Solomon Islands
That Johns last name is not Howard. And I don't think he has any rams either.

can't see a thing
The imagining is probably better ....
though I doubt it ... people seldom realize how beautiful those kinda remote places are .... God was bored with big continents .... took a nap ... woke up refreshed .... and created small pockets of paradise.
And I am stuck sitting here in cleveburg listening to my fiancee gossip about her extended family on the phone?
I want to go and take pictures of exotic black people too!
When I logged on last night I couldn't even see the fricken Red Xs. Just NOTHING.
Should I use poobucket.com or soemthing? Blogger always does this to me. Blogger beta seems worse if anything.
Anyway Charlotte: Thanks. I have missed you around here.
Josh - RAMSI = Regional Assistance Mission to the Solomon Islands - the reason I am here. John Howard ("Haward") is our wretched excuse for a Prime Minister.
Greg: Yeah it is pretty beautiful in some parts but the malaria is a problem in the jungley bits. I'm sticking to the city / town for while until I am sure the medication works.
John - I already did the whole extended family gossip bullshit thing. I paid my dues. I'm not going back.
That was because your html wasn't correct. You didn't have quotes around the URL for the photos, i.e.:
img src="http://www.myphotos.com/thisphoto.jpg"
I went in and made the fix, in the hopes that it would bring the photos. But, it didn't.
It must be Blogger, since lots of other photos are postable. They must have some sort of block on external URLs calling their photos. You might want to try ImageShack to post images.
I actually took the quote marks out in the hope it might help. That was when the Xs disappeared entirely. Now I know. Maybe I will try MYSPACK.
I have found with flickr photos, and I think also with Blogger photos, that when you cut and paste the link it adds a # or two periods (..) to the end of the image location to discourage people from direct linking to images on their servers. If you delete these random symbols from the address, usually they work.

If you can see those, good luck to ya. I can't.
