Today was a day of low-running irony. I had an interview at a union to do some phone surveying and voter calling. The window of time during which the bus could arrive was 12:13-12:43, which is why, of course, the bus arrived at 12:45.
Fortunately, however, we didn't have to stop to pick up and drop off several people. The driver took me straight there. Still, I was pretty stressed out and arrived barely five minutes early.
The interview was fine. I introduced myself to the organizer; we talked about what I perceived the mission of the union to be--
