 <title>The Rain Won&#039;t Stop</title>
 <link>http://www.punkplanet.com/steep/blog/the_rain_wont_stop</link>
 <description>&lt;p&gt;I&#039;ve never seen a monsoon beore. Its fucking ridiculous. We have had, averaged out, about ten hours a day of steady rain, and another three to five hours of very heavy rain, every day, for about a week. And it was rainy before! I&#039;s not like we had a dry spell and then this happened. It was pouring with rain every day and THEN the monsoon came. AND we are in a rainshadow (!) so it is even wetter elsewhere. Hah! Poor basards. This morning I got a cheap chinese umbrella (which later broke) and walked along the highway, staying semi-dry while it pelted down around me for hours, and then I sat on the shore at the Iron Bottom Sound and drank coffee and watched it some more.&lt;/p&gt;
