Tonight is the second episode of American Idol. Last night's reviews were odd. Apparently, people think David Archuleta did a better job than David Cook. HOWEVER, many people still like DC better than DA (I do, and its not cuz he's from MO). I only know one person that prefers Archuleta, and that's cuz everyone else likes Cook. Yes, my cousin only likes David Archuleta because everyone else likes David Cook. On this radio this morning, they were saying that though David Cook is better, he would be better off being the runner-up. They have a point, really. I mean, look at the part runner-ups. Clay Aiken was runner-up to Ruben Studdard, and we havent heard from Ruben since except for his closing of AI last night. BUT look at Kelly Clarkson and Justin Guarini (sp?). Kelly won, and she's doing fine. Kinda. Havent heard from either of them, really. Still, though, look at Chris Daughtry. On 93.3 they play him every 3 songs and HE didnt win. I guess we'll just have to see...

American Idol is to blame for our society's lack of sorely needed political assassins and serial killers. People think its easier to get on tv by singing some Peabo Bryson tune. And that's just one of my issues with the program.
